📋 Description

• Join the development team, taking on work items for implementation each Sprint. • Perform software development activities with a focus on quality and maintainability, including requirements, analysis and design, programming, configuration management, testing and deployment. • Manage your own work and promptly notify the team of delays or impediments. • Develop and maintain robust, scalable financial systems used by thousands of users. • Design and develop microservices, APIs, enterprise integrations and layered/MVC applications. • Implement continuous integration and delivery, DevOps practices, automated testing, refactoring and continuous deployment. • Work with Docker containers and Kubernetes and migrate monolithic systems to microservices. • Develop responsive user interfaces and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). • Build SQL queries, model relational data and implement transactional management. • Develop financial solutions involving messaging, ISO 8583, J/XFS, cryptography and integration with peripherals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or another Information Technology field; or a bachelor's degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology. • Desired certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher), CSD – Certified Scrum Developer and PSD – Professional Scrum Developer. • Experience developing financial systems. • Knowledge of agile principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban. • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery and DevOps practices. • Experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus and Azure DevOps Services. • Knowledge and experience in configuration and change management using ClearCase, SVN and Git. • Experience in analysis and specification of functional, non-functional and agile requirements. • Knowledge of design patterns, programming best practices and enterprise systems integration. • Experience with microservices, tracing, APIs, fault tolerance, metrics and health checks. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases and SQL. • Knowledge of Java/JEE/JSE, Java 8+, MicroProfile, Spring, JSF, JPA, Struts, Quarkus and application servers such as JBoss/WebSphere/Liberty. • Knowledge of JavaScript, ECMAScript, Ajax, jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, ASP and .NET. • Knowledge of software testing and automation using JUnit, Selenium WebDriver and JMeter. • Familiarity with Linux and/or OpenVMS, SonarQube, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant and Apache Maven. • Skills with MUMPS, Caché, Delphi, Enterprise PowerBuilder and UNIX-like solutions. • Desirable knowledge of CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series, SOAP and APIs. • Experience with ISO 8583, financial technologies J/XFS, cryptography and peripheral integration.
