📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor software development projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, costs, and quality are met. • Serve as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting adoption of best practices. • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business needs, and technical execution. • Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure transparency through metrics, reports, and monitoring of key indicators. • Promote continuous improvement of processes, teams, and deliverables. • Act as the focal point between business areas, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and governance models.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in managing software development projects. • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control (scope, schedule, cost, and quality). • Experience managing backlogs, sprints, releases, and roadmaps. • Knowledge of agile metrics and performance indicators (velocity, burndown, lead time, throughput). • Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple teams and dependencies. • Familiarity with project and agile management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project). • Experience communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations. • Knowledge of IT governance and software factory contracts. • Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields; or a university degree in any area with a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology. • Desired certifications: Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, or CSM). • SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master. • PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP. • ITIL 4 Foundation. • Certifications in Agile Management, Lean, or Kanban. • Certifications in Governance and Project Management.
