📋 Description

• Prepare and monitor the annual Budget and Rolling Forecast, analyzing variances between actuals and budget with focus on Headcount and infrastructure costs; • Perform variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget), identifying root causes of deviations in revenues and expenses and proposing corrective action plans with managers; • Monitor, consolidate and report strategic financial and operational indicators; • Ensure revenue recognition complies with IFRS 15 / CPC 47, especially for complex implementation and recurring-contract arrangements; • Support accounting in the monthly management close, ensuring provisions and allocations reflect the economic reality; • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) in BI tools, tracking metrics such as EBITDA, Contribution Margin, ROIC and Cash Conversion Cycle; • Prepare Reporting Packages for headquarters and/or investors, ensuring adherence to international standards (IFRS/US GAAP); • Analyze profitability by product, channel and customer, identifying operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; • Monitor SG&A (Selling, General and Administrative) expenses, seeking optimization of fixed and variable costs; • Drive automation of financial processes and integration of data between internal systems and ERP; • Identify operational and financial risks that may generate losses or tax impacts; • Serve as focal point for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Business Administration, Economics or related fields; • Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance or related areas is required; • Experience: Proven experience in Controllership, FP&A or Audit; • Experience at a Big Four firm will be considered a significant advantage; • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian accounting standards (CPC); • Tools and Technical Skills: Advanced/expert Excel (Power Query, macros and financial modeling); • Experience with robust ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Totvs; • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker; • Basic SQL skills will be considered an important differentiator.
