📋 Description

• The Business/Requirements Analyst is responsible for identifying, defining and documenting business processes and software requirements. • They ensure a consistent link between the business team and the technical team, facilitating communication and helping deepen understanding of the business domain being implemented. • The Business/Requirements Analyst also proposes features and organizes information, as well as defining application behavior and process flow to satisfy stated and unstated business needs. • Actively collaborate with managers to identify, maintain and validate requirements, ensuring customer expectations are understood and translated into clear, concise user stories. • Develop a deep understanding of the business ecosystem, proposing improvements to existing processes and new features that drive value creation for the end user. • Work closely with both technology and business teams. • Manage, break down, remove and prioritize the product backlog — in support of the business manager. • Contribute to defining sprint goals and acceptance criteria for user stories, together with the manager and the development team. • Lead acceptance tests of deliveries with the business manager. • Support users in the use of products and in creating/updating product manuals and documentation. • Strategically develop solutions using Design Thinking and Lean Inception techniques, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering activities and 3 years in product development using Scrum or similar methodologies. • Strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently. • Analytical and judgment skills, along with leadership and people-management abilities. • Knowledge of UML. • Experience with prototyping. • Knowledge of Markdown. • Experience using version control tools. • Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology fields. • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
