📋 Description
• Facilitate the agile software development process. • Guide and coach development teams. • Track, identify, and remove impediments. • Promote the use of agile patterns and best practices. • Ensure the proper functioning of agile processes and activities. • Lead meetings required by the development process. • Interface with the Infrastructure team. • Facilitate balanced negotiation of requirements with requesting/business areas.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work independently. • Leadership and people management skills. • Analytical thinking and sound judgment. • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology-related fields. • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certificate from Scrum.org or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
