• Build and write compelling job postings tailored to the needs of each department. • Provide rigorous and ongoing follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Screen resumes (CVs) and prepare detailed interview reports. • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and competencies. • Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews with hiring managers. • Lead the offer-closing process and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
• Intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level of English. • Own computer with a functioning camera and microphone. • Stable and reliable internet connection. • Proven prior experience in recruitment (Talent Acquisition) or human resources. • Knowledge of and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Workday). • Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in competency-based assessment. • Strategic knowledge of channels for posting job openings, including social media, specialized job boards, and employee referral programs.
