• Operative Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten und Kundenaufträgen • Unterstützung im Business Development und Mitarbeit an strategischen Themen z. B. Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbereiche • Koordination und Organisation im Bereich Personaldienstleistungen • Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse • Unterstützung bei vertrieblichen Aktivitäten und Angebotsvorbereitung • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben
🎯 Requirements
• Eingeschriebener Student*in im Bereich BWL, Management, Marketing oder vergleichbar • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise • Interesse an unternehmerischen Themen und Wachstum • Analytisches Denken und schnelle Auffassungsgabe • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (Google Workspace, Excel o. Ä.)
