📋 Description

• Technical pre-sales consulting for our Companions for Microsoft 365 • Managing and supporting international customers • Analyzing use cases for new customers and recommending product configurations • Advising on renewals and bespoke contract adjustments • Integrating into our product team, bridging customers, developers, support teams, and product managers • Conducting workshops and producing product documentation and sales materials

• Several years of experience in a technical role within the Microsoft 365 environment • Customer-oriented mindset • Fluent spoken and written English • Technical understanding and the ability to critically assess technical functionality • Knowledge sharing and teamwork to drive improvements and develop new solutions
