• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata & Yardi • 5+ years of experience in a management/education role with a proven track record of achievements • Analytical and decision-making skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Must have good communication and people skills, coupled with an ability to educate • Must be able to accommodate and work through multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency over assigned tasks • A passion to serve and grow colleagues & team members
• Ability to travel to multiple property locations as required, including during peak operational periods such as student move-in and move-out (“turn”) seasons • Ability to move throughout residential and commercial properties for extended periods while supporting on-site operations • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 25–40 pounds as part of operational and turn-related activities • Frequent mobility required, including the ability to navigate stairs, walkways, residential buildings, and outdoor areas; some property locations may not be equipped with elevator access • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak operational periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and seasonal turnover events • Ability to communicate effectively in person in a variety of environments, including high-traffic operational settings • Regular use of standard office equipment and technology, including laptops and mobile devices, in both office and on-site settings
