📋 Description

• Prepare and send invoices and customer account statements. • Verify rates and terms are in line with customer contracts before invoicing. • Verify and post receipts from lockbox, ACH, and other payment channels. • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. • Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and arrange payment plans. • Own and manage end-to-end dunning process. • Maintain accurate AR files and records. • Update customer account information as needed. • Assist in preparing AR reports for management. • Support audits by providing documentation. • Work closely with finance and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of AR or accounting experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). • Advanced Excel skills preferred; strong proficiency required. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
