• Design and lead Brighty’s information security program • Monitor and respond to security incidents • Implement security controls and conduct vulnerability scans • Collaborate with IT and development teams • Prepare security reports and metrics for management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in information security or related field • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (EU GDPR, PCI-DSS) • Ability to optimize security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection) • Experience with risk assessments and compliance initiatives • Effective communication and training skills
