📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic NOC Engineer II (Microsoft Specialist) to join our team and take a central role in optimizing our IT operations. • This position is responsible for monitoring and enhancing network performance, safeguarding security through advanced tools like IT Glue, Huntress, SentinelOne, Avanan, and Axcient, and strengthening our Microsoft security environment with best practices such as MFA and anti-phishing measures. • The ideal candidate will lead the charge in supporting and mentoring junior engineers, handling escalations, executing proactive maintenance, documenting incidents, and driving process improvements and automation.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in IT administration and toolset management. • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD security architecture. • Proven experience with Secure Score optimization across multiple tenants. • Strong grasp of identity and access management (IAM), including MFA, conditional access, and SSPR • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
