📋 Description
• Must have hands on experience in Indian Payroll (Also known as Global Payroll) • Experience in Configuration is Must • Hands on experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll for about 3-6 years • Good understanding of Indian Payroll and related Indian tax rules is a must • Must have sound knowledge on multiple modules: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Payroll Interface and Compensation • Identifying and resolving functional issues in the client’s HR systems • Creating business requirements and technical specification documentation • Providing functional expertise to assist in customization reapplication related to upgrades and patch/fix application • Ability to analyze People Code, Application Engine and Application Messaging at higher level • Creating PS Queries • Executing SQL statements • Knowledge on PeopleSoft security • Creating Project and test plans • Exposure to all phases of the project: development, testing and production support • Work experience on multiple versions of PeopleSoft and People Tools
