• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of stablecoin, treasury, and cross-border payment solutions. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across U.S., Chinese, and international organizations. • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship management. • Manage the full sales cycle, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. • Educate prospective clients on stablecoin use cases, treasury management solutions, and digital asset infrastructure. • Partner with internal teams including Product, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term growth. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management. • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments within fintech, payments, treasury, and digital assets.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management roles. • Proven experience selling: • ○ Stablecoin solutions • ○ Treasury management solutions • ○ Cross-border payment solutions • ○ Banking, payments, FX, or fintech products • ○ Digital asset infrastructure or related financial services • Strong understanding of financial services, payments, treasury operations, digital assets, or fintech ecosystems. • Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements. • Existing relationships or proven ability to build relationships with companies and decision-makers in the United States and/or China. • Experience working with international clients and multicultural business environments. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Professional English proficiency (C1+ required). • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
