📋 Description
• Provide virtual tutoring to students in Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA) • Review lesson plans and instructional materials in advance to prepare for tutorial sessions • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback • Utilize interactive and engaging teaching methods to enhance learning • Maintain records of student progress and session outcomes • Communicate effectively with students and parents via the online platform
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum: enrolled in higher ed or associate degree • Strong commitment to our students • Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is a plus • Strong subject knowledge in Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA) • Proficient in using virtual learning platforms, online collaboration tools, and digital teaching methods • Strong organizational and time-management skills
🏖️ Benefits
• Training payment of $18/hr • $18 an hour for new tutors / $20 an hour for experienced tutors • $22 per hour for returning GO virtual tutors • Perfect attendance bonus of $200 for tutors who attend all training sessions and tutoring sessions • Fingerprint-based background check reimbursement
