📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in multimedia localization quality (dubbing, subtitling, voiceover, closed captions, audio description) • Implement and oversee quality control strategies to ensure compliance with client-specific and international audiovisual standards • Supervise both in-progress and completed projects to verify linguistic accuracy, synchronization, timing, sound balance, and overall production consistency • Design, implement, and maintain QA frameworks tailored to multimedia workflows —covering areas such as timing precision, script adaptation accuracy, and voice performance consistency • Manage and update QA and QC tools (Xbench profiles, memoQ QA rules, subtitle validators, file format checkers, etc.) to optimize workflows • Act as the main quality liaison for assigned multimedia clients, handling inquiries about terminology, style, or technical execution • Participate in onboarding sessions and continuous learning initiatives for new linguists, editors, and technicians • Support linguistic tasks related to audiovisual projects, including: Script adaptation and translation for dubbing and voiceover. Subtitle translation and editing, ensuring timing, readability, and cultural adaptation. Audio description and closed captioning review for accessibility compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• University graduate (translator, interpreter, or similar linguistic majors) • Minimum of three years of work experience outside the industry in similar positions or at least two years of experience in the translation and localization industry • Linguistic and textual competence • Outstanding communication skills in English • Good management of time and priorities • Focus on solutions : Be proactive, innovative, flexible, have a tolerance for frustration, and be attentive to the needs of the internal and external client • Critical thinking for autonomous decision-making • Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Subtitle Edit, ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent • Excellent ability to learn technological tools • Competence in research, information acquisition, and processing • Good use of Microsoft Office and Gmail tools.
