📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across Europe • Conduct commercial and operational partner assessments • Build and maintain a scalable European partner network • Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs • Conduct regular business reviews covering service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partner contracts • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and commercial discussions • Identify cost optimization and improved commercial outcome opportunities • Ensure partner compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations • Monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks • Support business continuity planning across European markets • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success • Act as the primary regional escalation point for partner-related issues • Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders • Drive SLA and quality performance, commercial savings, partner coverage, compliance, governance, risk management, onboarding, satisfaction, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Procurement, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Governance • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing vendor contracts • Strong knowledge of SLA development, performance management, and supplier governance • Experience managing partners across multiple European countries • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Preferred: experience within Professional Services, Global Business Services, Payroll, HR Services, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) • Preferred: familiarity with vendor governance frameworks and third-party risk management • Preferred: experience working in multinational or global organizations • Preferred: experience supporting international business expansion and outsourced service delivery
