📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients in Taiwan • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment terms, and local labor regulations • Handle employee queries related to HR matters, payroll, and benefits • Support employee lifecycle processes, including documentation and record-keeping • Stay updated on Taiwan labor law changes and advise internal stakeholders • Assist with benefits administration, including insurance and statutory registrations • Support local compliance requirements and audits • Maintain accurate employee data updates and filing in systems • Assist with bank account setup • Coordinate medical insurance • Provide office and administrative support if required • Act as an escalation point for employee and client concerns • Support HR and business teams on ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role in Taiwan • Good knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements • Background in HR service or consulting industry, or HR shared service centre role at multinational companies is a plus • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality • Experience in payroll processing is welcomed • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Other ad hoc tasks as per management advise
