📋 Description

• **Role & Responsibilities** • *Infrastructure Management* • - Manage and maintain core IT systems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, NinjaOne, Atlassian, Intune, and other business-critical applications • - Administer access controls, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and identity governance across all platforms • - Monitor system performance with CISO to uphold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls • - Support system integrations, automation, and technology improvements to enhance efficiency • - Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem (VMs, AVD, Virtual Networks, etc) • - Strong knowledge of Windows Server roles and services (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services) • - Troubleshoot email authentication and delivery issues • - Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and related communication platforms • *Security & Compliance* • - Configure and maintain access controls across SaaS applications • - Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents using established escalation procedures • - Conduct regular access control reviews and maintain accurate access control matrices • - Support internal and external compliance audits • *Technical Support & Operations* • - Provide third-line support for escalated technical issues • - Collaborate with the IT Support Team to resolve complex technical challenges • - Document systems, configurations, and procedures comprehensively • - Participate in business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing

🎯 Requirements

• *Technical Skills • - 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in a business with global operations • - Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc) , Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune • - Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles • - Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation • - Proficiency in managing SaaS applications (Atlassian, NinjaOne, password managers, etc.) • - Experience with ITSM systems and ITIL principles • *Professional Skills • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • - Excellent documentation practices • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • - Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences • - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues • *Preferred Qualifications • - Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-900, AZ-104 or similar)
