📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end multimedia localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout each project • Anticipate potential risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution • Support the onboarding and training of new resources in multimedia workflows and tools • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools for multimedia localization • Track and analyze project KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• University graduate (Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or related field preferred) • Minimum of two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production industry • Strong knowledge of multimedia workflows, especially dubbing and adaptation processes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • English proficiency is a must • Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable • Knowledge of Subtitle Edit is desirable • Familiarity with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is a plus • Good command of Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems • Solution-oriented mindset: proactive, innovative, flexible, resilient, and attentive to the needs of internal and external clients • Availability to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday
