• Define and articulate the vision and strategy for HighLevel’s AI product suite aligned with business objectives. • Shape the overall HighLevel AI strategy and serve as a thought leader with org-wide influence. • Identify market opportunities and translate them into product roadmaps grounded in user value, ethics, and market trends. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and proof-of-concept to scaling and optimization. • Lead 0-to-1 initiatives and guide products through growth phases. • Ensure AI products are developed and deployed responsibly; incorporate principles of AI ethics, compliance, transparency, and fairness. • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, support, and GTM teams for seamless delivery and execution. • Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and identify pain points. • Translate user needs into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Plan and execute product launches; create go-to-market strategies; coordinate marketing efforts; drive user adoption and engagement. • Regularly communicate product strategy, decisions, milestones, and insights to stakeholders and executives. • Define, measure, and track key product and business metrics to evaluate performance and inform future strategy; core KPIs: increase adoption of AI products and revenue. • Play a key role in IPO readiness by ensuring HighLevel’s AI strategy supports differentiation, scalability, and market positioning.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered products. • Demonstrated success in leading 0-to-1 launches and driving iterative growth. • Deep familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, ML models, agent builders, and chat/voice bots. • Understanding of how AI integrates into SaaS environments and how SaaS ecosystems work. • SaaS background is highly recommended. • Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams in agile environments. • Excellent product sense, analytical skills, and communication capabilities. • Domain knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications in SaaS workflows. • Strategic thinking with IPO readiness and growth orientation. • Analytical rigor and ability to use data and experimentation to inform decisions. • User-centric mindset and deep empathy for users. • Bias for action; operates with urgency, adapts quickly, and thrives in ambiguity. • Ethical leadership ensuring AI compliance and responsible innovation.
