📋 Description

• Report to the Director, GTM Project Management Office (PMO) • Plan, execute, and deliver complex initiatives across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, and Support • Own projects end-to-end from intake and scoping through execution, launch, and retrospective • Ensure projects deliver measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and customer experience • Conduct quantitative post-project analysis measuring ROI, cycle time, and delivery efficiency • Coordinate stakeholders, ownership, timelines, and dependencies • Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans and executable roadmaps • Maintain clear documentation, regular updates, and structured execution rhythms • Break down initiatives into milestones, deliverables, and resource plans • Track progress, risks, and blockers to keep projects on time and in scope • Execute leadership- or Co-Founder Office-sponsored initiatives under the Director, GTM PMO • Support implementation and optimization of systems, dashboards, and reporting for performance, forecasting, or revenue operations • Maintain project plans and reporting in ClickUp and Google Sheets • Provide visibility into project health, outcomes, and next steps • Assess project intake, scope feasibility, and resource requirements before kickoff • Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation plans • Escalate portfolio-level or cross-program risks to the Director, GTM PMO • Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working • Document learnings, outcomes, and best practices • Improve cross-functional execution, workflows, and collaboration • Follow PMO frameworks, templates, governance models, and execution methodologies • Participate in PMO retrospectives and cross-project reviews • Support capacity planning discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, revenue operations, or high-growth environments • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects across Marketing, Sales/Revenue, Success, and Support • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to synthesize strategic goals into structured, executable plans • PMP or equivalent certification preferred or working toward • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a strong ownership mentality • Data-driven and outcome-focused, with a bias toward action and accountability • Customer- and GTM-centric mindset
