📋 Description

• Own HighLevel’s growth and success across Australia, serving as the company’s senior leader and representative in the market. • Build and grow HighLevel's agency ecosystem across Australia by developing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners. • Maintain ownership of the Australian business, including market strategy, revenue growth, investment priorities, and regional P&L performance. • Develop and execute a multi-year vision and market strategy that accelerates customer growth, revenue, partnerships, and brand presence. • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities for expansion and investment within the region. • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on regional strategy, market dynamics, and growth opportunities. • Influence company-wide priorities by bringing customer, partner, and market insights back to leadership. • Build the foundation for HighLevel’s long-term presence and expansion throughout Australia and the broader APAC region. • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across Australia. • Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and activate agency customers throughout Australia, with a focus on increasing agency adoption, platform utilization, and long-term customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading growth, partnerships, revenue, business development, entrepreneurship, or market expansion initiatives at scale. • Demonstrated ability to build and grow businesses, markets, or business units. • Experience working directly with founders, executive leadership teams, or boards. • Strong strategic thinking coupled with a track record of hands-on execution. • Proven ability to grow revenue and build strategic relationships. • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, agencies, or related industries. • Experience building communities, partnerships, or affiliate programs. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to operate independently and execute with limited direction. • Strong commercial and business acumen. • Existing relationships within the Australian agency, marketing, or SaaS ecosystem (preferred). • Experience scaling a business, business unit, or market (preferred). • Experience speaking at industry events and building personal brand authority (preferred). • Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and ecosystem (preferred)
