📋 Description

• Lead payroll processing and benefits strategy for U.S. and India-based employees. • Ensure accurate payroll execution and benefits enrollment. • Drive service delivery excellence through automation. • Oversee EoR vendors supporting employees across 8+ countries. • Ensure accurate payroll delivery and compliance alignment. • Own compliance, controls, and reporting related to payroll and benefits across countries. • Lead and grow a distributed team. • Optimize and manage payroll and benefits platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in payroll, benefits, or total rewards, 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a U.S. public company. • Worked with diverse and multicultural teams. • Expertise in U.S. payroll, multi-state operations, and statutory benefits. • Understand India payroll and benefits programs. • Experience with migrating US payroll to ADP and SOX/audit prep for payroll/benefits functions. • Comfortable overseeing EoR vendors. • Use AI to experiment with tools that streamline workflows. • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, fluent in operational execution and executive reporting. • Turn complexity into clarity through processes and scalable frameworks.
