📋 Description
• Assess current challenges and partner with leadership to develop strategic plans • Identify change opportunities and recommend supporting initiatives • Plan and lead workshops for gap analysis and training sessions • Analyze, validate and support implementation of requirements for DCAS projects • Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• 16+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
