📋 Description

• Monthly check-ins with mentees via video call to assess their progress • Managing mentees' progress through the program's four phases • Identifying and resolving obstacles encountered by mentees • Coordinating with the Mentor Immo ecosystem and liaising with the internal team • Driving client engagement and satisfaction through monitoring mentees' activities • Building the CSM function, including creating processes and tracking tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Manager, or premium client management role • Proficiency with Notion (CRM management, dashboards, project tracking) • Comfortable using Slack and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) • Fluent in French, both written and spoken
