📋 Description
• Individual support for mentees • Monthly 1.5-hour individual coaching session with each mentee • Asynchronous strategic follow-up via Slack • Facilitation of group sessions on key topics • Coordination with other coaches and experts
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years' experience in operational real estate • Knowledge of rental property operational challenges • Proficiency with digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, Fathom • Ability to explain complex issues in plain language • Significant personal real estate holdings (approximately €1M)
