âą Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant âą Experience supporting a US healthcare practice âą Experience with insurance verification, EOBs, claims, denied claims, patient balances, or billing support âą Exposure to CPT and ICD-10 codes âą Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal âą Strong executive presence and professional communication style âą Must be a Mac OS user âą Strong attention to detail and follow-through âą Ability to work independently with minimal supervision âą Proven leadership, ownership, or high-accountability experience in a previous role
