📋 Description
• Support healthcare practices and healthcare clients as a Medical Virtual Assistant • Communicate with patients, providers, or insurance representatives • Perform medical reception and patient scheduling • Handle insurance verification and benefits • Process prior authorizations and referrals • Support medical billing and claims • Conduct patient intake and care coordination • Perform medical scribing • Process prescription refills • Maintain medical records and provide administrative support • Use EHR/EMR and other healthcare or administrative systems • Work remotely across available healthcare support opportunities based on experience and skill set
🎯 Requirements
