📋 Description

• Provide healthcare support as a Medical Virtual Assistant • Support healthcare practices and healthcare clients based on experience and skill set • Communicate with patients, providers, or insurance representatives • Perform medical reception and patient scheduling • Handle insurance verification and benefits • Process prior authorizations and referrals • Support medical billing and claims • Conduct patient intake and care coordination • Perform medical scribing • Process prescription refills • Maintain medical records and provide administrative support • Use EHR/EMR and other healthcare or administrative systems • Support specialty medical practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of healthcare or medical support experience • Excellent spoken and written English communication • Experience communicating with patients, providers, or insurance representatives • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage tasks independently • Comfortable working remotely • Comfortable using healthcare or administrative systems • Experience in medical reception and patient scheduling, insurance verification and benefits, prior authorizations and referrals, medical billing and claims, patient intake and care coordination, medical scribing, prescription refills, medical records and administrative support, EHR/EMR systems, or specialty medical practices is highly valuable
