📋 Description

• Find and sign affiliates and partners with large networks across Europe, including crypto exchanges and media, iGaming operators and affiliate networks, brokers, fintech players, streamers and influencer agencies • Map high-reach partners across crypto, iGaming and gambling, brokerage, fintech and payments, media and influencer agencies • Attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across Europe, arrange meetings and close partnerships on site • Use personal networks and local reputation to reach decision-makers • Own deals end to end, from first contact and negotiation through terms, onboarding, traffic launch and first sales • Negotiate with founders and senior management and communicate the value of GoMining partnerships • Analyze partnership objections and provide feedback to improve the offer • Grow signed partners through increased volume, new formats and special audience offers • Maintain the CRM pipeline and report weekly on the funnel • File a short results report after every trip • Share European market insights, competitor offers, partner expectations and local payment specifics with the team • Build a European pipeline and conference and meeting calendar • Generate active partners, partner sales volume and revenue, and convert meetings into signed deals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech • Your own network in Europe (affiliates, networks, operators, media) • A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through • Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management • Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across Europe • A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money • Fluent English • A European language beyond English: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish or another language of the region would be a plus • A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community would be a plus • A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic would be a plus • Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers would be a plus • Knowledge of payment specifics in European markets would be a plus
