📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term vision and commercial strategy. • Design the operating model and organizational structure. • Develop the go-to-market strategy and international expansion roadmap. • Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and operating rhythms. • Build a sustainable, high-growth business. • Develop and execute the global commercial strategy. • Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, enterprise merchants, and digital platforms. • Personally lead high-value commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships. • Identify new revenue opportunities and accelerate market expansion. • Hire and develop a high-performing international organization. • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and the Executive Team. • Own commercial success and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• - **8+ years** of experience in commercial leadership, business development, general management, or executive leadership. • - Proven experience building or scaling a business, business unit, new market, or product from the ground up. • - Strong experience in **payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, banking, acquiring, or crypto payments**. • - Proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and enterprise negotiations. • - Experience owning commercial strategy and business growth. • - Experience hiring, building, and leading high-performing international teams. • - Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. • - Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • - Fluent English.
