📋 Description

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones for GenAI initiatives. • Scrum & Agile Support: Apply Scrum principles to enhance project agility and efficiency. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. • Task & Resource Management: Maintain and update task lists, assignments, and priorities. • Documentation & Reporting: Keep project documentation up to date, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes. • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Spot potential risks early and work with the team to implement mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in AI or technology projects. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts. • PMP certification (a plus).
