📋 Description
• Process loan applications in compliance with mortgage lending guidelines • Analyze loan application and assess creditworthiness • Provide periodic status updates to customers • Validate loan application for completion and accuracy • Maintain assigned pipeline and manage accordingly to meet service level agreements
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, BA Preferred • 2 years as a mortgage loan processor • MS Office proficient • Outstanding communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Well versed in the mortgage process flow
