• Work with the CEO and execute various marketing strategies across multiple geographies and products • Strategize & execute various key marketing initiatives across the company • Craft narratives that connect with fintech partners and enterprise clients • Conceptualize and create educational products and content for all our products • Be the expert on Customers' needs, Industry trends, and various competitors in the market • Sales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral • Demand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand • Build inbound systems for both product growth and employer brand
• Proven experience in creating marketing strategies and initiating and driving a range of GTM plans • You’re strategic but hands-on — willing to write, test, and optimize • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B marketing is a plus, but mindset > titles • You’re high on ownership — when you see a gap, you fill it; when something’s broken, you fix it • You think like a founder: proactive, accountable, outcome-driven • Experience range: Anywhere between 3-5 years
