📋 Description

• You'll work closely with our product, tech teams and client's team. • Work closely with key members of the client and manage the relationship efficiently. • Take ownership of Project delivery & Quality; be actively involved in driving the implementation. • Have a good understanding and context of our product and technology at a high level, which will help with planning better. • Handle all conversations regarding products and technology with clients. • Own project status communication and improve transparency by keeping all stakeholders (external & internal) informed. • Assist Product team with backlog grooming and Product prioritization. • Identify and highlight risk areas. Work with all stakeholders to mitigate these risks. • Participate in weekly/monthly Working/Steering committee meetings to update the status to senior stakeholders of the bank. • Learn quickly, adapt, and work hard to regularly deliver high-quality output.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Program / Project Management , Client Success , or Account Management roles involving direct client interaction and cross functional delivery • Hands-on experience in mobile/web implementation projects , system integrations , and stakeholder communication. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Can lead difficult conversations, negotiate priorities, and manage client expectations calmly. • Structured, articulate, and proactive. • Extremely detail oriented but equally capable of zooming out to see the strategic picture. • Confident in presenting to senior management and steering committee members. • A team player who takes accountability, learns fast, and genuinely enjoys solving complex problems.
