📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product areas. • Drive design strategy for features that bridge our Win and Serve product lines. • Evolve our design system with patterns and components. • Elevate brand expression across product touchpoints. • Pioneer AI-powered design workflows to enhance team velocity. • Conduct deep user research for a representative democracy experience. • Implement design changes directly in our codebase. • Mentor peer designers on craft excellence and methodologies. • Collaborate with engineering and product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience. • At least 2+ years in a staff or principal-level individual contributor role. • Proven track record of shipping high-impact products. • Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications. • Proficiency with design tools like Figma. • Strong AI fluency in design workflows. • Experience with user research methodologies. • Exceptional brand sensibility and visual taste. • Ability to communicate complex design decisions clearly. • Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
