📋 Description

• Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics • Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals • Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team • Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output • Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games • Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior • Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset • Strong written and spoken English
