⢠Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics ⢠Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals ⢠Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team ⢠Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output ⢠Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games ⢠Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior ⢠Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset ⢠Strong written and spoken English
