📋 Description

• Build 3D playable ads from scratch that are fast-loading, self-contained, and engineered to convert in paid user-acquisition campaigns • Build lightweight minigames and prototypes in Unity • Package and finalize playables for Unity, Google, and AppLovin while respecting MRAID, size, and CTA rules • Design custom setups for creative video production, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes • Build the same mechanic for both browser and in-engine versions • Collaborate with the creative marketing team on a new mobile 4X strategy game • Complete a teardown of a reference playable, build a small playable from company assets, and package it to a network specification during the paid case study

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on playable ad experience for mobile games • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS skills • Experience with a web game framework such as PlayCanvas, Three.js, Babylon.js, Cocos, PixiJS, or Phaser • Working knowledge of Unity and C#, sufficient to build marketing minigames and understand transfers between Unity and HTML5 playable ads • Knowledge of single-file, no-network, MRAID, and size constraints for major ad networks • Ability to provide links to shipped playables or interactive work, including openable builds rather than only video captures • Node.js for build scripts and build automation is a big plus • Experience in Idle Arcade genre mechanics is a big plus • 3D asset basics in Blender and an eye for satisfying casual mechanics are a big plus • Comfort using AI tools in the production workflow
