📋 Description

• Write engaging copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other business needs • Create captions and calls-to-action aligned with current campaigns and company goals • Write strategic YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and chapter markers optimized for search and click-through • Develop educational homeowner, resident, and investor content • Rewrite technical information into reader-friendly language • Design social graphics in Canva, including Google Business Profile graphics and Instagram carousels • Edit long-form YouTube videos end to end, assembling footage from filming days, cutting for pacing, and adding graphics, overlays, transitions, and captions • Help develop and maintain the weekly social media content calendar • Write SEO-optimized Google Business Profile posts for each market, on a weekly basis • Create email subject lines that improve open rates

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong understanding of social media marketing, YouTube, and community engagement • Experience writing newsletters and email campaigns • Familiarity with property management, real estate, or service industries preferred • Graphic design skills, particularly in Canva, including thumbnail and in-video graphic design • Long-form and short-form video editing skills • Familiarity with local SEO • Experience with ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, or similar email platforms (preferred but not required) • Experience with Metricool or Similar, Canva, Descript, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace (preferred but not required)
