• Strategically plan, activate, optimize, and manage paid social media buys across social platforms • Make activation choices and implementation plans based on the communication strategy • Utilize client and proprietary data and insights to enhance targeting and adjust investment • Embrace a test-and-learn approach, scaling new buying strategies while staying aligned • Ensure brand safety, fraud prevention, and data quality transparency • Understand client's business goals to develop comprehensive social media activation plans • Anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions and recommendations based on data analysis • Present campaign analysis and insights to clients • Collaborate with other team members to optimize media across channels and platforms • Implement activation best practices to meet clients' needs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred • 3-5 years of experience in strategic media activation, specifically in social. • Experience with commerce clients • Proficient in utilizing social platforms and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively. • Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic recommendations. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and training junior team members. • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social.
