📋 Description

• Responsible for assisting in the processing and compliance of mortgage loan products, including but not limited to: Review, analyze, and request information on mortgage loan documents • Timely, thorough, and accurate processing and verification of incoming loan data • Accurately input loan documentation into Arive/LendingPad • Order all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups • Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner • Ensure the highest quality in loan document preparation • Handle confidential material in a professional and highly ethical manner • Perform tasks and prioritize with little or no supervision • Participate and contribute to a positive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Loan processing and mortgage industry experience required • Arive and LendingPad experience required • NMLS license required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers • Excellent time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals • Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
