📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Praxis’ commercial objectives. • Build, recruit, and lead high-performing sales teams to support product launch and ongoing commercialization efforts. • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and drive results. • Collaborate with marketing and analytics, medical affairs, market access, and other functions to optimize launch readiness and execution. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in the biotech/pharmaceutical field sales. • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling sales teams. • Experience with CNS therapeutic areas across broad and rare indications and launch experience. • A demonstrated ability to integrate multiple data sources to drive a dynamic sales and customer engagement strategy. • Ability to manage ambiguity in assessing small markets with limited data availability. • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. • Understanding of HIPAA and importance of data privacy. • Domestic and international travel as required.
