📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, production-grade code across frontend, backend, and data layers • Deploy and operate services in a cloud environment • Debug and resolve production issues across distributed workflows • Collaborate with QA, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Product, and IT stakeholders • Design APIs and data models that preserve audit trails and improve system observability • Uphold high standards for data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools • Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals • Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across multiple layers • Experience deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment • Experience implementing production-grade monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices • Comfort with screen work and basic hand coordination
