• As a Senior Analyst, Trade Receivable Securitization, you will participate primarily in the execution of accounts receivable securitization examinations, and secondarily in the execution of asset-based loan examinations. • You will be responsible for analytic and auditing tasks as well as documenting and evaluating reporting functionalities. • The Senior Analyst should be able to independently analyze and assess performance metrics of underlying accounts receivable pools consistent with applicable receivables purchase agreements in place. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong time management skills (e.g., ability to push for borrower information and manage overall process to complete projects within allotted timelines) • High attention to detail • Ability to Effectively perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards and methodologies • Contribute to and promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, audit, or finance • Minimum of 3 years in field exams, borrowing base lending, or secured finance • Experience in financial auditing or forensic accounting is a plus • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential • High integrity, strong business acumen, critical thinking abilities, and a keen eye for detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (10-25% of the year)
