📋 Description
• Create and structure tasks based on team requests; • Maintain and prioritize the backlog, plan weekly updates, and clarify task details; • Automate workflows and support existing processes in Jira; • Check and close release-related tasks according to release plans and QA reports; • Create and update internal documentation for the gamedev team; • Coordinate text orders, compensation requests, and technical equipment needs; • Manage access requests for software and tools; • Prepare quarterly operational reports.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager, Project Assistant, or similar role in IT or gamedev; • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle); • Experience in Jira setup and automation; • Strong task management and prioritization skills; • Attention to detail and structured thinking; • Good written communication skills; • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of processes; • Basic level of English (for documentation and internal communication); • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Bitwarden, Google Workspace.
