📋 Description

• Define testing scope and plans and execute test cases across features and sprints • Report test coverage and product stability for each sprint/release to support go/no-go decisions • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and review acceptance criteria • Identify and communicate risks affecting product quality • Collect feedback, troubleshoot bugs, and perform root cause analysis • Automate acceptance tests using existing test frameworks • Conduct exploratory, regression, and performance testing, automated where possible • Promote QA practices and a quality-first mindset within development teams • Document issues with reproducible steps and supporting artifacts such as logs and screenshots • Perform peer reviews of manual and automated test cases • Help ensure the data platform delivers reliable, high-performance releases

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tester in an Agile development environment • Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including test planning, design, and execution • Strong knowledge of web-based applications and testing web service APIs • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebDriverIO, Appium, or JMeter • Methodical and curious mindset with strong attention to detail • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with QA best practices • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English • Openness to regularly give and receive feedback • Semi-frequent travel across Europe and beyond is required
