📋 Description

• Engage directly with client executives, delivery leads, product managers, and engineering leaders to define quality engineering strategies aligned with business and product goals. • Lead the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable, and intelligent QA solutions across end-to-end delivery ecosystems. • Define test strategies that embed automation, performance, and non-functional testing into delivery pipelines from inception. • Translate business objectives into actionable QA solution architectures that enable intelligent, AI-enhanced quality at speed and scale. • Drive the implementation of QA solutions and automation architectures using modern tools and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, or architecture roles within complex digital ecosystems. • Proven ability to design and implement test automation solutions using tools diverse automation frameworks and programming languages • Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools, or generative testing platforms). • Strong background in test strategy design, CI/CD integration, API testing, and test data management. • Experience leading QA initiatives using modern engineering practices—CI/CD, microservices, containers, and cloud-native architectures. • Experience with AI/ML concepts applied to testing—predictive analysis, self-healing automation, synthetic data generation, or defect pattern recognition. • Experience in consultative client engagements, including pre-sales, architectural assessments, and solution design. • Exceptional communication skills.
