📋 Description
• Lead agile delivery pods ensuring timely delivery • Coach and mentor tech leads and product owners • Set technical direction and oversee program level planning • Communicate business needs and technology implications to stakeholders • Drive adoption of engineering practices and metrics • Own delivery reporting and provide updates on engineering productivity
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager • 7+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in engineering management • Strong architectural knowledge • Familiarity with AI/ML and DevOps practices • Solid knowledge of Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL • Executive presence and communication skills
