• The future of learning is digital, and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to help shape it! If you love bringing teams together to create innovative, learner-centered experiences, this role is for you. You’ll lead and oversee digital learning projects that sit at the intersection of education and technology—partnering with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to build impactful learning solutions. Whether navigating evolving client needs or ensuring seamless execution, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how people learn. • Reporting to Associate Director of Client Services, Learning, this role is a remote position that must be willing to flex East Coast hours as needed and potentially travel quarterly as required by clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management within digital learning, educational technology, or instructional design. • Deep familiarity with learning experience design or instructional design, including learning theory and assessment strategies. • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and balance technical, creative, and strategic project elements. • Familiar with agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Excellent client management skills with experience facilitating discovery sessions, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding subject matter experts through content development. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and working autonomously to meet deadlines. • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other digital learning technologies (eg collaboration tools, assessment tools, SCROM). • Passion for learning and remaining on the cutting edge of current thinking in learning science and educational technology. • If your experience is close to what you see listed here, please still consider applying.
